The function of food, in addition to satisfying the need for energy and nutrient, is also directed to maintain health. Healthy food will be achieved if its hygiene and safety are guaranteed. Livestock products are of high quality food ingredients that can provide the perfect nutrients and favorable taste.
Safety and health of animal products can not be separated from the production process, which must primarily be supported by the adequate availability and quality of feed. Therefore, it is necessary to make efforts to ensure the availability of feed free from harmful ingredients.
