The ration is main factor on growth, inside breeding and poultry management. The optimize of broiler performance can be realized if will have gave ration with suitable of quality and quantity. Suitability of nutrient required in ration can be conducted with adding of feed supplement to increasing quality, utilize value, and efficiency of ration. Once of these was utilization of shrimp waste with bioprocessing through deproteination and mineralization stages. The deproteination bioprocessed used by Bacillus licheniformis bacteria, and mineralization used by Aspergillus niger mold. Bioprocess product of shrimp waste was used as feed supplement on ration of broiler. The research was conducted on Laboratory of Poultry Nutrition, Non Ruminant, and Feed Industry, and poultry cages, Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Padjadjaran University, Jatinangor-Sumedang, Indonesia for eight months, since April until November 2007. The aim of research for getting optimization of stages of deproteination and mineralization and condition of microorganism dosage and temperature of processing on shrimp waste bioprocess. The product of bioprocess extract used for feed supplement with filler tapioca material and Sodium Hydro Sulfate (NaHSO4) supplement. For test quality and utilize value of feed supplement, was added on broiler ration, and then metabolizable energy value and its digestibility was measured. The research conducted in two stages using experimental method. The first stage used Nested Experimental Design (3×3) consisted eight ration treatments with four replications. Variables which examined in first stage were the contents of protein, calcium, and phosphor; The second stage were; metabolizable energy and digestibility of dry matter, protein, and organic matter of ration. The results were analyzed by variance and its deference was analyzed with Duncan Multiple Test. The result conclusion and discuss of the experiment were : shrimp waste bioprocess through deproteination by Bacillus licheniformis at 4% doze with 50°C temperature and followed mineralization by Aspergillus niger at 2% doze with 35°C temperature gave the best of protein and mineral liquefy. The liquefy product for bioprocess of shrimp waste can used for feed supplement on broiler ration. The used of feed supplement at level 5% on ration, giving optimize of metabolizable energy and digestibility value on broiler. Metabolizable energy value, and digestibility of dry matter, protein and organic matter were 3005 kkal/kg, 76.07%, 75.28% and 75.79% respectively.
